Section 3
Each player may hold only one (1) active account on ph365.orig. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

ph365.orig reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
Section 4
All financial transactions on ph365.orig are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph365.orig supports deposits and withdrawals through approved local payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.
Deposits are credited to your ph365.orig account upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. ph365.orig does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the Platform, subject to completion of identity verification and any applicable wagering requirements. ph365.orig reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawals. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.

Section 5
ph365.orig may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
ph365.orig reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated. Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent restrictions, or coordinated wagering — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account closure.
Section 6
All games available on ph365.orig — including slots, live casino, bingo, e-sports betting, Pirate Fishing, and all other game categories — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
All game outcomes on ph365.orig are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. ph365.orig does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within each game's information panel.
In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, ph365.orig's system will record the game state at the point of disconnection. Upon reconnection, the game will resume from the last recorded state where technically possible. ph365.orig is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by your internet service provider or device.
In the event of a software malfunction, system error, or obvious error in odds or payouts, ph365.orig reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Using ph365.orig to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or using the Platform as a mechanism to launder money in violation of Philippine AML laws.
Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games, place bets, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, engaging in chargebacks without legitimate cause, or any other conduct intended to defraud ph365.orig or other players.
Section 9
All content on ph365.orig — including but not limited to the ph365.orig name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of ph365.orig or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use ph365.orig solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from ph365.orig without prior written consent.
Section 10
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph365.orig, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
ph365.orig's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph365.orig account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph365.orig provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. ph365.orig does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Section 11
ph365.orig reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at ph365.orig's sole discretion. Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited.
You may close your account at any time by contacting ph365.orig support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.
Section 12
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact ph365.orig support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. ph365.orig will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
Section 13
ph365.orig reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of ph365.orig following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
